Managing My Account Information

MyTime allows you to view and update your personal information from the Account Info page. From here, you can update your contact details, address, payment methods, and password.


Things to Know:

  • When updating your personal details, you can change your email address to a username. However, to change a username to an email address, you’ll need to enter both the current username and the new email address.
  • The email or username shown in this section is what you use to log in to your MyTime account.
  • The payment methods displayed are used to pay for your MyTime subscription.


To update your account information:


  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner
  2. Go to My Account > Account Info
  3. Here, you can add your personal information, change your password, and update your payment method for subscription payments.
    • Personal Information: In this section, you can update the name, username/email address, phone number, country, zip code, address, and the ability to change your password. Please note that if you change from a username to an email address, both fields will be displayed and required. 
    • Payment Method: Here, you can manage your payment details to ensure your payment information stays current for billing. 
      • Adding or updating a credit card
      • Adding or updating a bank account 
  4. Save changes
