Managing MyTime Subscription

The My Plan page in MyTime allows you to view details about your current subscription, including your plan type, messaging usage, and access to related reports.


To view your subscription within MyTime:


  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Navigate to My Account > My Plan. 
  3. From here you can: 
    • View Subscription Details: See the specifics of your current MyTime plan.
    • Track Messaging Usage: Monitor the number of emails and SMS messages sent during your billing cycle.
    • Access SMS Usage Report: Click through to view a detailed report of your SMS usage over time.
    • Online Payment: Let customers decide whether to pay online or pay in person with low credit card processing fees of only 2.29% + $0.30 per qualified transaction. Learn more here
