MyTime allows you to view and track your subscription charges, such as monthly fees, SMS/email overages, and other billing details, from the Billing History page.
Things to Know:
For franchise businesses:
- If the parent account manages and pays for the subscription, the Billing History tab will not be visible at the child account level. Only the parent account will have access to billing records.
- If the child account is responsible for its own subscription, the Billing History tab will be visible at the child level.

How to View Your Billing History
1. Click the drop-down arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner
2. Go to My Account > Billing History
3. Select a date range using the filter
4. Click 'Update' to generate your billing data
Understanding the Billing History Report
Column | Description |
Date of Charge | The date the charge was applied |
Charge# | The transaction number associated with the charge |
Description | Explains the type of charge, such as: - Monthly subscription fees - SMS overages, which indicated how many text message allotments were sent and received (e.g., 650/500 means 650 messages were sent, 500 were included in your plan) - Email overages (e.g., 1200/1000 means 1,200 emails sent, 1,000 allotted) |
Location | The location the charge is associated with |
Service Period | The date range for the subscription charge covered |
Method of Charge | The payment method used (e.g., credit card, ACH) |
Charge Amount | The total amount billed |
