Managing My Billing History

Modified on Wed, 9 Jul at 8:37 AM

MyTime allows you to view and track your subscription charges, such as monthly fees, SMS/email overages, and other billing details, from the Billing History page.

Things to Know:

For franchise businesses:

  • If the parent account manages and pays for the subscription, the Billing History tab will not be visible at the child account level. Only the parent account will have access to billing records.
  • If the child account is responsible for its own subscription, the Billing History tab will be visible at the child level.
