Disable Online Booking

At any given time, you can disable online booking for specific service categories or for all categories. This can be done through your service menu.


Things to know:

  • The ability to disable online booking for service categories is controlled by the “Accessing Services Menu” access control setting.
  • When online booking is disabled for a service category, none of the services within that category will be available for online booking.
  • At the child level, you cannot disable online booking for global service categories created at the parent level.
  • Once disabled, the service category will show “Online Booking Disabled” in red within the service menu.
  • If all service categories are disabled, the booking widget will display the message: "No time slots available for online booking."



To disable online booking:


1. Go to Location Setup > Services 

2. Filter by the desired locationServices-Menu (18).png

3. Select the dropdown for the desired service next to 'Online Booking Enabled'

4. Select 'Disable Online Booking' from the dropdown menu

5. Once disabled, the service category will display 'Online Booking Disabled
