This report shows vacations logged by staff members on schedule or via the custom hours interface.
Things to know:
- The total hours shown are the total logged hours for the vacation day(s) despite the staff member's schedule
- If the vacation hours are edited, the report will reflect the edited vacation details
- If the report is filtered for multiple days, the vacation data for each staff member will be displayed in a separate row for each day.
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Staff section, select the Vacation Days report
When the report opens, you can filter by a specific staff and date. You also have the ability to export to Excel, PDF, or print Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.
Report Filters
Filter | Description |
Location | The location where the staff is assigned |
Staff | The name of the staff member |
Date | This range will determine the time period for logged vacation time |
Report Columns
Column | Description |
Date | The date of the staff member's vacation. |
Staff | The name of the staff member. |
Total Hours | Total vacation hours logged for the specified date range. |
