Sick Days Report

This report shows sick days logged by staff members on the schedule.


Things to know:

  • The total hours shown are the total logged hours for the sick day(s) despite the staff member's schedule
  • If the sick days are edited, the report will reflect the edited sick details
  • If the report is filtered for multiple days, the sick data for each staff member will be displayed in a separate row for each day. 


To access this report:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Under the Staff section, select the Sick Days report

When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location, staff, and date. You also have the ability to export to Excel, PDF, or print.  Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.

Report Filters


FilterDescription
Location

The location where the staff is assigned.

  • Accounts with One Location: No location filter is shown
  • Accounts with Multiple Locations: The location filter allows you to view data for a specific location or all locations within that account
StaffThe name of the staff member 
DateThis range will determine the time period for logged sick days.



Report Columns

 

ColumnDescription
DateThe date of the staff member's sick day. 
StaffThe name of the staff member.
Total HoursTotal sick hours logged for the specified date range.
