This report includes clock-in and clock-out times, as well as the total hours worked for each staff member.
Things to know:
- This report is only visible if the "Do staff members need to clock in/out?" setting is enabled on the Business Setup > Settings page.
- Staff members who have not clocked in will not be included in the report.
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Staff section, select the Time Tracking report
When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location, staff, and date. You also have the ability to export to Excel, PDF, or print. Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.
Report Filters
Filter | Description |
Location | The location the staff member is associated with.

Staff | The staff member whose time is being tracked |
Date | This range will determine the time period being tracked. |
Report Columns
Column | Description |
Staff | The name of the staff member. |
Location | The location the staff member is associated with. |
Clock-In | The date and time the staff member clocked in. Clicking this will open the "Edit Clocked Hours" modal. |
Clock-Out | The date and time the staff member clocked out. Clicking this will open the "Edit Clocked Hours" modal. |
Match Schedule | Indicates if the clock-in/clock-out time was within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. True: The clock-in/clock-out time was within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. False: The clock-in/clock-out time was not within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. |
Category | Indicates the hourly work type the staff member clocked in under. |
Hourly Work Type | Total hours clocked for a specific hourly work type. |
Rest Hours | Total hours clocked for a designated rest or break type. |
Total Hours | The total number of hours the staff member clocked in for the selected period. |
