Enabling Multi-Staff Appointments

The Multi-Staff Appointments feature allows different staff members to perform services within the same appointment. From the appointment modal, you can assign a staff member to each individual service or add-on. Clients booking online can also choose a different staff member for each service.

This article will guide you through enabling this setting.


Things to know:

  • Once enabled, Multi-Staff Appointments cannot be disabled
  • Canceling a multi-staff appointment will cancel all associated services.
  • When this setting is active, custom prices and durations cannot be set in the appointment modal.
  • Multi-staff appointments coordinate different services in one appointment handled by multiple staff members, while multi-staff services involve teamwork to deliver a single service. 



Enable Multi-Staff Appointments


To enable multi-staff appointments:


1. Go to Business Setup > Settings

2. In the Calendar section, toggle Multi-Staff Appointments to "Yes".                           multi_staff.png

3. Click Save.


What Happens After Scheduling a Multi-Staff Appointment: 

  • Each service appears under the assigned staff member’s name on the calendar.
  • A multi-staff icon will be shown on the appointment tile.
  • Hovering over the appointment reveals all services and their start times.
