Checking Out Multi-Staff Appointments in POS

The multi-staff appointments feature enables you to assign different staff members to a single appointment offering multiple services. This article will guide you through the steps of checking out multi-staff appointments in POS.


Things to know:

  • The names of the staff members selected to perform the service(s) will be displayed on the ticket in the POS, listed below each corresponding service.
  • Each staff member will receive commission for the services they perform, based on the compensation configuration in their staff profile.

Check Out Multi-Staff Appointments Directly from the Schedule


To check out multi-staff appointments directly from the schedule:


1. Navigate to Schedule

2. Filter by the desired location, date and staff member

3. Select any appointment that is part of the multi-staff appointment

4. For appointments scheduled in-store, select the "Create Ticket" button and for appointments booked online select the "Open Ticket" button 

5. You will be directed to the "New Ticket" screen in POS. On the ticket, you will see the names of the staff members assigned to perform the services 

6. Select the "Take Payment" button at the bottom of the screen

7. Select a payment method

8. Click on "Close Ticket" at the bottom of the Take Payment page

Once the ticket is closed, a confirmation will be displayed

To check out multi-staff appointments directly from pos:


  1. Navigate to POS > New Ticket
  2. Add a multi-staff appointment to the ticket by selecting the appointment from the appointment list to the right of the ticket

  5. Select a payment method
