MyTime allows users to view and update their personal information, check their subscription plans, adjust communication preferences, and review billing history. This article will guide you through how to access these features.
Things to Know:
- For franchise businesses, if the subscription is managed and paid for by the parent account, the "Billing History" tab will not be visible at the child account level. Access to billing reports will be restricted to the parent account only. However, if the child account is responsible for paying the subscription, the "Billing History" tab will be visible, and the report will be accessible from the child account level.
- By default, the communication checkboxes are selected only for location owners to receive alerts. Other roles must go to My Account > Communication Preferences to enable the alerts they wish to receive, provided access control settings permit it.
- If an employee isn't eligible to receive an alert, it will be sent to the company owner.
