In this article, we will discuss how to manage pet profiles on the guest app.
Things to Know:
- Pets cannot be deleted from the My Account section on the guest app if the pet has a membership in active, suspended, frozen, or pending cancellation status. If an attempt is made to delete such a pet, the error message "This pet cannot be deleted because there is an active membership in place. Please contact the business directly" will be displayed.
- Pets that have been deleted will appear ahead of deceased pets in the pet section when viewing from the client profile, and they will be grayed out
- If pets have an existing appointment and their profiles are deleted, the appointment will also be removed
