Filter by Agenda View
The agenda view presents a chronological list of all bookings and blockages scheduled for any given day. In the agenda view, appointments can be displayed in a sorted order. This is controlled by the "Show Appointments in Agenda View Sorted by Start Date/Time" setting. When enabled, appointments will be sorted as follows:
- If multiple appointments share the same start date and time, they will be sorted by their end date and time, with appointments that finish earlier appearing before those that finish later.
- If multiple appointments have the same start and end times on the same day, they will be sorted in the following order:
- Appointments for a family member will be sorted by the family member's first name.
- Appointments for pets will be sorted by the pet's name.
- For all other cases appointments will be sorted by client's first name and then client last name.
- For add-ons scheduled for specific days during a multi-day service, they will display on the schedule at the date and time they were scheduled. Learn more here. If you filter by the agenda view, these appointments will appear at the bottom of the list, above appointments marked as completed.
- Appointments in the checked-out/completed status will appear at the very bottom of the list.

In this view, the Waitlist is displayed on the left, while a list of employees and their in-service appointments appears on the right. When filtering the schedule to split view, here are some things to keep in mind
- Appointments on the waitlist can be managed by either dragging them from the left menu to the right or clicking the Start button. This feature is especially useful for businesses that primarily operate without scheduled appointments.
- If you need to "un-start" an appointment, you can drag it from the "In Service" column back to the "Waitlist" column, which is helpful if you accidentally started a waiting appointment.

Filter by Resource View (Coming Soon)
Resource View is similar to Week View but organizes the calendar by resources (e.g., rooms or equipment) instead of staff. It helps you easily track resource usage and availability throughout the week.
Things to know:
- All resources auto-select when entering Resource View and auto-deselect when exiting to improve performance.
- The count and capacity metrics shown at the top of the calendar are not affected by the “Display appointment count in Calendar” setting. By default, the following metrics appear:
- Arrival: Number of appointments starting that day
- Departure: Number of appointments ending that day
- Total: Displays the number of booked resource slots out of the total available slots for the day.
- Occupancy %: Displays the percentage of booked resources based on total capacity.
Example: If all resources are selected in the filter:- Total capacity (Bookings Per Time Slot) = 20
- Appointments booked = 10
- The display will show:
Total: 10/20
Occupancy %: 50%
- A color-coded legend at the top left of the schedule indicates appointment status:
- Green (Arriving): Appointments starting that day (same-day and multi-day arrivals)
- Red (Departing): Appointments ending that day
- Black (Booked): Multi-day appointments in progress (neither starting nor ending on that date)
- Expiration warnings appear on appointment tiles for clients or pets with expired or soon-to-be expired records (within 30 days):
- Yellow Icon: Vaccinations expiring within the next 30 days.
- Red Icon: Vaccinations that have expired.
- No Icon - No expiration date entered or not expiring within 30 days
- Resource View Availability by Location:
- If you're not in Resource View and switch to a location with no resources, the Resource View option will be hidden from the calendar view filter.
- If you're already in Resource View and switch to a location without resources, a message will display: "This location does not have any resources."
To filter the schedule to resource view:
- Navigate to the Schedule
- Click on the schedule view dropdown menu
- Click on the "Resource View" option
- Once selected, the schedule will be filtered accordingly
