The Walk Out button allows you to track how many potential clients visit your business but leave without receiving service—often due to long wait times. This article walks you through how to enable and use the Walk Out button on your schedule.
Things to know:
- The Walk Out button will only appear if the “Allow Clients to Be Added to Waitlist?” setting is enabled.
- It will display on the left side of the schedule in Day, Week, Month, and Agenda views.
- In Split View, the button appears at the top of the page.
- Each time the button is clicked, a Walk Out is recorded, and the count is displayed in parentheses on the button.
- The count is location-specific and resets daily at midnight.
- You can view walkout activity by the hour in the Walk Out Report.

Enable the Walk Out Button
To add the walk out button on the schedule:
- Navigate to Business Setup > Settings
- Scroll to the Calendar section
- Set “Allow Clients to Be Added to Waitlist?” to YES
- Click Save
Using the Walk Out Button on the Schedule
Once the setting is enabled:
- Go to your Schedule
- Click the "Walk Out" button whenever a client leaves without being serviced
