The Lead Detail Report provides a comprehensive view of all leads who have been converted into clients, along with the total value they have contributed to your business. It highlights important metrics such as revenue, visit frequency, and estimated lifetime value, helping you make informed decisions about marketing, sales, and client engagement strategies.
Things to know:
- This report is available only if you have the Lead Management module and the Accessing Reports permission enabled.To add the Lead Management module, contact your Account Manager or email support@mytime.com.
- The report includes:
- Leads converted to clients by booking an appointment.
- Leads converted when an appointment is completed, if the hidden setting is enabled.
- Clients who were manually converted, even if they have not booked an appointment.
- Only revenue from closed tickets is included
- Revenue displayed includes all item types, such as services, products, memberships, packages, and more
- Sales tax, tips, and voided tickets are excluded from revenue calculations
- The Total column reflects the average revenue per visit
- For franchise businesses with the global client database enabled, you will see client details across all franchise locations.
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Clients section, select the Lead Detail report

- When the report opens, you can filter the data by the lead creation date. After selecting your desired date range, click the 'Update' button to generate the corresponding data.

Report Filters
| Filter | Description |
| Converted Date | Filters leads based on the date they were converted to clients |
| Lead Source | Filters leads by the source from which they were acquired |
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
| Creation Date | The date when the lead was first created |
| Client | The name of the client |
| Lead Source | The source from which the lead was acquired |
| Conversion Date | The date when the lead was converted into a client |
| Converted By | Indicates whether the conversion was done manually or through a booking |
| Tickets # | Total number of closed tickets associated with the client |
| Average Revenue Per Visit (ARPV) | The average revenue generated per visit is calculated as Total Net Revenue ÷ Number of Closed Tickets |
| Average Visit Frequency (AVF) | The average number of visits per year, based on closed ticket history. The calculation is different based on the client's tenure.New Clients (Tenure less than 30 days)Calculation: Visits × (365 ÷ 30) Existing Clients (Tenure less than or equal to 30 days to 1 year)Calculation: Visits × (365 ÷ Days as Client) Established Clients (Tenure greater than or equal to 1 year)Calculation: Total Visits ÷ (Years + Months ÷ 12)Example: If the client had 45 visits in 2 years and 3 months, the calculation would be 45 ÷ (2 + 3 ÷ 12) = 20 |
| Customer Lifespan (CL) | Customer lifespan is the average number of years a customer remains active, calculated by analyzing groups of customers over time to see how long they stay engaged.
Example CalculationFinal CL Calculation = Weighted Value ÷ Weight x Clients
CL = (140 + 105 + 71.25 + 30) ÷ (40 + 37.5 + 37.5 + 25) |
| Lifetime Value | The estimated total revenue a client will generate over their lifespan. Calculation: ARPV (Average Revenue Per Visit) × AVF (Average Visit Frequency) × CL (Customer Lifespan) = LTV (Lifetime Value) 115.89 x 29.33 x 1 = 3,399.05 |
