In this article, we will discuss all the features available on the schedule and how you can utilize them effectively.

The visibility of this button is controlled by the "Allow Clients to Be Added to Waitlist?" setting. This button allows you to monitor how many potential clients are coming into your stores and leaving due to wait times. Learn more here.



The visibility of this button is controlled by the "Allow Clients to Be Added to Waitlist?" setting. This button allows you to manage a list of clients waiting for the next available appointment. Learn more here.


The visibility of this button is controlled by a hidden setting that can only be enabled by the MyTime team. To activate this setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com. This allows you to manually record hours instead of requiring staff members to clock in and out. Learn more here.



This option allows you to print the agenda, showing all appointments and classes scheduled for a specific day. Learn more here.



The schedule view drop-down menu offers multiple filtering options, including Day, Week, Month, Agenda, and Split View. By default, the schedule is displayed in Day View, making it easy to see appointments for the current day. Learn more here.



This filter allows you to adjust the schedule view to display information for the current date, one week ahead, or several weeks in advance.


The checkboxes let you filter the schedule to display appointments that are in Check-In status, Check-Out status, or both. Learn more here.

The search box enables you to filter the schedule by a specific client, family member, or pet, making it easy to locate relevant appointments. Learn more here.

The location filter allows you to view schedule information for a specific location. Note that you can only filter by one location at a time. Learn more here.



The staff filter enables you to view schedules based on various criteria:
  •  All staff members
  •  Staff scheduled to work
  •  Staff members currently clocked in
  •  Specific staff members on the schedule

The resource filter enables you to view, directly on the schedule, any appointment that uses resources. You can filter by all resources or specific resources. Learn more here.



Displays the name and profile picture of each staff member as configured in their staff profile. Accounts with the "Display Appointment Count in Calendar" setting enabled will also display the current number of appointments in each appointment status. Learn more here.




By clicking on the staff profile picture you can do the following:


  • Clock In/Out: Staff can clock in and out of resources and different work types. Learn more here.
  • Schedule Days Off: You can schedule a days off for the staff member. Learn more here.
  • Schedule Sick Days: Sick days scheduled for staff members will be recorded in the Sick Day report. Learn more here.
  • Schedule Vacation Days: Vacation days scheduled for staff members will be recorded in the Vacation Days report. Learn more here.
  • Edit Availability: Adjust hours for a specific day without affecting their regular schedule. Learn more here.
  • Edit Clocked Hours: You can modify the clocked hours recorded for a staff member. Learn more here.
  • Edit Staff Profile: By clicking the Edit Profile option, you will be redirected to the staff profile under Staff and Availability, where you can update information for the staff member. Learn more here.
  • Bulk Reassign Appointment: You have the flexibility to reassign appointments from one staff member to another, or reschedule them to a different date or time. Learn more here.
