Clients may miss appointments for various reasons. As such, MyTime allows merchants to mark missed appointments as "No Show" for record-keeping purposes. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to mark an appointment as "No Show" on the scheduler app.
Things to know:
- If the "No Show" automated message is activated, once an appointment is marked as a no-show, the client will receive the automated message.
- If there's a cancellation policy in place, you'll be prompted to charge a fee when marking an appointment as a no-show
- For prepaid appointments marked as no-shows, the associated ticket will become void
- Details of appointments marked as "No Show" will appear under the Cancellations / No Shows report. Learn more here
