Appointment Icons & Buttons

There are various icons and buttons you'll encounter on the schedule and appointment modal to indicate key appointment information. Icons are displayed on the appointment in the hover state, while the buttons are shown when the appointment modal is opened.


Appointment Icons

Description

The appointment was confirmed by the client or staff member

The appointment was marked as a no-show     
The appointment was checked-in   
The appointment was booked online     
The appointment is part of a recurring series
The staff member was marked as requested
Extends the duration of a single service appointment when dragged downward
Payment has been collected for the appointment
The appointment is covered by a membership/package
The appointment is for a new client 
The appointment has a note attached

This appointment is a multi-client appointment. Learn more here.
The count of appointments a client has made per service category. This is controlled by a hidden setting that can only be enabled by the MyTime team. To activate this setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.

A female staff member has been selected to perform the service. Learn more here.

A male staff member has been selected to perform the service. Learn more here.

TICKET 2.pngAllows you to print the ticket associated with the appointment
ticket 1.pngAllows you to Redo a completed appointment. Learn more here 
ticket.pngAbility to create a ticket in POS for the appointment
image (3).pngOpen an existing ticket for an appointment. Clicking the button redirects to POS.
