Mark A Staff Member As “Requested"

When booking an appointment for a client, you can indicate that a staff member was requested by the client by marking the staff member as requested. 


Things to know:

The ability to mark a staff member as “Requested” is governed by the "Accessing Appointments" access control setting.



To mark a staff member as requested, simply:


  1. Navigate to the schedule
  2. Open an existing appointment or create a new one

  4. Save the appointment. 


Once saved, a yellow star will be displayed on the appointment tile and tooltip.
