This report allows you to track how many potential clients are coming into your stores and leaving because they don't want to wait.
Things to know:
- The ability to access this report is governed by the "Accessing Reports" access control settings
- Walk-outs will only be tracked if the Walk-Out button on the scheduler is used. You can read about utilizing the Walk Out button here.
- The number of walkouts is displayed by the hour (6 am, 7 am, 8 am, etc).
- Each walk out is shown at the timestamp that the walk out button was clicked.
- The report can be exported via CSV or pdf.
- The report can be exported in either Summary View or Detailed View, depending on your reporting needs.
- Summary View: Consolidates data by category, such as location, staff member, or service type. This view is ideal for high-level analysis, allowing you to review total revenue and overall performance metrics without reviewing individual transactions.
- Detailed View: Provides a line-by-line breakdown of every transaction (or “ticket”). This view is best for auditing specific sales, reviewing individual client history, or reconciling exact payment amounts for a specific day.
To access this report:
Navigate to Dashboard
Select the Reports tab
Under the Client section, select the Walk Out report
When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location and date. Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the data.
Report Filters
| Filter | Description |
| Location | The location where the walkouts occurred
|
| Date | Indicates the period during which walkouts by potential clients took place. |
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
| Date | The date the client walked out. |
| Location | The location the client visited. |
| Time | The time the client walked out. This is displayed by the hour (6 am, 7 am, 8 am, etc). |
| # of Walk Outs | The total number of clients who walked out. |
