The Waitlist report shows key metrics for the walk-in queue, including average wait time, longest wait time, and the number of clients that were removed from the walk-in queue without starting an appointment. The report is only visible if the walk-in queue is enabled in settings.
Things to know:
- The ability to view and access the Waitlist Report is governed by the "Accessing Reports" setting within your system's access control configuration.
- This report is only displayed if the "Enable Walk-In Queue Manager" company setting is currently enabled.
- The report displays comprehensive data for all clients who have been added to the walk-in queue, regardless of whether they were added in-store or online.
- The report can only be exported in Summary View, which consolidates data by category such as location, staff member, or service type. This view is ideal for high-level analysis, allowing you to review total revenue and overall performance metrics without displaying individual transactions.
- When the report is downloaded as a PDF, all active filters at the time of export are clearly listed. This helps define the data shown and provides context for the parameters used
