Classes Report

The Classes report provides a complete view of all scheduled classes, including past and upcoming sessions. This article will guide you on how to access the report.


Things to Know:

  • The Classes tab will only appear on the dashboard once classes have been configured for the business.
  • The Price column will be blank if the class is included in a package or membership


To access this report:


1. Navigate to Dashboard

2. Select the Classes tab

You can filter by the desired location, staff, and date. Below the "Downloads" button, you have the option to download the report as a CSV, PDF, or print version.


Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.

Description
LocationThe location where the class session is scheduled
StaffThe staff member designated as the instructor for the class session 
DateThe date when the class session is scheduled


Report Columns


Column
Description
DateThe date of the class session
TimeThe scheduled time of the class session 
LocationThe location where the class session is scheduled
ClientThe client associated with the class session. Clicking this link opens the client's profile. 
EmailThe client's email address
ClassThe name of the class. Clicking this link will open the class roster on the schedule.
StaffThe instructor assigned to the class session
PriceThe amount paid by the client for the class session
Ticket #

The ticket associated with the scheduled class session. Clicking this link will open the ticket in MyTime POS.

StatusShows the status of each class attendee, such as Booked, No-Show, or Checked-in
