Report Filters


Filters
Description
Allows you to view information by specific location(s).
Allows you to display information for specific staff member(s).
Allows you to display information based on the selected date range.

 

Filtering reports by Time of Use will result in the following:

  • Revenue from gift card, membership, and package sales will not be displayed
  • Prepaid revenue (revenue from services, classes, or products redeemed through memberships, packages, or gift cards) will be displayed in the respective column


Filtering reports by Time of Use Legacy will result in the following:

  • Revenue from gift card sales will not be displayed a the gift card column will be hidden 
  • Prepaid revenue (revenue from services, classes, or products redeemed through membership item credit or package credit) will not be displayed as the prepaid column will be hidden
  • Membership value credits will be deducted from the membership revenue

Filtering reports by Time of Purchase will result in the following:

  • Revenue from gift card, membership and package sales will be displayed in the respective columns
  • Prepaid revenue (revenue from services, classes, or products redeemed through memberships, packages, or gift cards) will be displayed in their respective columns and then deducted from the prepaid column

Allows you to display information based on specific service(s) 

Allows you to display information based on specific service categories.

Allows you to display information based on the selected product(s).
Allows you to display information based on specific brand(s) of products.
Allows you to display information based on the selected product category(ies).
Allows you to display information in the report based on the selected vendor(s).

Allows viewing of membership reports based on membership status. For instance, you can filter the reports to display only clients with active memberships.



Allows you to view information in membership reports for all members, new members, or existing members.

Allows filtering by all clients, new clients, or existing clients.


Available for the Business Snapshot report. It offers the option to show dates according to either the date the ticket was closed or the appointment date, allowing for more tailored reporting. Learn more here.


Available for the Business Snapshot report: Customize your report by selecting the checkbox to include staff compensation.


Allows you to filter the report to display only transactions with closed tickets.

Allows you to filter the report to display dates based on the date the appointment took place, the final date of the appointment, or the ticket close date, depending on your account configuration. In certain reports, such as the Daily Payment report, you can further refine the report to show dates by week, month, or individual day.


Allows you to filter the report to show the location where each transaction took place.


Allows you to filter the report to show which staff member handled the transaction, instead of the location where it occurred.




Allows you to filter the report to display the names of products sold, which are shown in a sortable column.
