Once your widget is configured to include packages, your clients can purchase packages online through an embeddable widget on your website or through the express checkout page. This article will outline the steps your clients need to follow to purchase a package online.

For accounts with the family member feature enabled, clients can purchase multiple packages in different quantities online, as long as the packages are configured for all family members. This feature is controlled by a hidden setting that can only be activated by the MyTime team. To enable this setting, please contact our Support Team at [email protected]. Please note that if the "Can only be purchased once per client" option is selected during package setup, clients will not be able to purchase multiple quantities.
- If a client is not signed into their account during checkout to complete a purchase, they will be prompted to log in. If they do not have an account, they can click the "Sign Up" link to create one.
- When clients purchase packages online through the booking widget, express checkout page, or your custom guest app and enter their card details, they can choose whether to save their card on their profile in-store and in their online user account. This can be done by checking or unchecking the authorization checkbox below the credit card form.
Depending on how you configured the widget, your packages will be a stand-alone item or your clients will have to:
- Navigate to your booking widget
- Select the desired location (if the account has multiple locations)
- Select the Packages tab
- Select the "Buy" button, next to desired package. After clicking the "Buy" button, they will be redirected to the checkout page. There they will be prompted to sign in if they have an account, or they can choose to sign up if they don't.
- If the hidden setting is enabled on your account, allowing clients to purchase multiple packages, they will see the option to select any quantity they want. After selecting a quantity, they can click "Continue To Checkout." They will be redirected to the checkout page. There they will be prompted to sign in if they have an account, or they can choose to sign up if they don't.
- Once signed in, clients can enter their card details. To ensure that their card is not saved on file, simply uncheck the "I authorize Company X to save my card on file" setting
- Click on “Complete Purchase”
