At MyTime, clients have multiple options to sign in. This article will explore the different sign-in methods available, making it easy for clients to manage their appointments and purchases online.
Things to know:
- When signing in, enter the email and password used to create the MyTime account.
- Forgot your password? You can request a password reset during the sign-in process. An email from support@mytime.com will be sent with a link to reset your password.
- When signing in with Facebook or Apple, make sure your credentials match your existing MyTime account. This allows both profiles to sync. If the credentials don’t match, a new user account and profile will be created.
- Apple allows the use of an encrypted email address, which will not match an existing user account. However, the encoded email provided by Apple can still receive email notifications, as Apple automatically forwards them to the client.
- For accounts that support guest checkout for online transactions, clients can select 'Continue as Guest' if they don't have an existing account. This will create an in-store account for the client, but no online user account will be generated. Learn more here.
