Client Sign-in Options

Modified on Wed, 1 Oct at 5:10 PM

At MyTime, clients have multiple ways to sign in, making it simple to manage appointments and purchases online. This article will explore the different sign-in methods available..

Things to know:

  • If a client forgets their password, they can click “Forgot Password?” during sign-in. They’ll then receive an email from support@mytime.com with a reset link.
  • When signing in with Facebook or Apple, the login credentials must match an existing MyTime account for syncing. If no match is found, a new MyTime account will be created.
  • Apple allows login with an encrypted email address, which may not match an existing MyTime account. However, Apple automatically forwards MyTime emails to the client’s real inbox.
  • If guest checkout is supported, clients can select “Continue as Guest” during checkout. This creates an in-store account only (no online account). Learn more here.
  • During checkout, clients who are not signed in will be prompted to log in. If they don’t yet have an account, they can click “Sign Up Now” to create one.
