Referral Links in Automated Messages & Campaigns

You can promote your referral program by sending a marketing campaign or adding the referral link to automated messages. The referral link is unique for each client.


Things to know:

  • The referral link in the template should not be copied and shared manually with clients. The link is generic and will be set automatically when the campaign is sent. 
  • Clients can share their unique referral links via email, SMS, or social media 
  • When the recipients of the link click on it, they will be taken to the Book Now experience on the widget. Learn more here

Use Existing Referral Campaign Template

To use the existing referral campaign template:

  1. Go to Marketing > Campaigns > Templates

  3. Select the Send link
  4. After making the necessary adjustments to your campaign, click on the "Next Select Recipients" button 16310831-58d85bb61ef8e657228c796da4e1c6d1.png
  5. By default, MyTime will automatically select the clients who have an email address on file and have opted in to receive marketing email campaigns. If a client has not opted in, they will not appear in the recipient list. Once satisfied with your recipient list, click on the Send button.


Add Referral Link to a Campaign or Automated Message

To add the referral link to a custom campaign:

  1. Go to Marketing > Campaigns > New Campaign
  2. Create your campaign
  3. Click on the icon highlighted in the screenshot below to add the referral link 16311328-0b6e24b0b6abbe1f69f96737a984b00a.png
  4. After making the necessary adjustments to your campaign, click on the "Next Select Recipients" button
  5. By default, MyTime will automatically select the clients who have an email address on file and have opted in to receive marketing email campaigns. If a client has not opted in, they will not appear in the recipient list. Once satisfied with your recipient list, click on the Send button.

To add the referral link to an automated message:

  1. Go to Marketing >Automated Messages
  2. Select a template

  4. Save
  5. Once received, the unique link will be displayed on the recipient's end 16312305-808f1dda09538fb134e6df58a965c623.png

 

Your clients can then share it with their friends and family.
