This article will guide you through the steps to delete referral credit from a client profile.
Things to know:
- In order to be able to use the Client Referral Program in MyTime, you must purchase the Referral Program subscription. Please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
- The ability to delete referral credit is governed by the "Accessing Referral Credits" access control setting.
- For franchise businesses, the referral program is configured at the global (parent) level. Child accounts can opt in or out if they so desire.
- Deleting referral credit from a client profile will remove it from both the referrer’s and the referee’s profiles.
To delete referral credit from a client profile, simply:
Navigating to the Clients tab
Search for the client's profile
Scroll down to the Referral Credit section
- Click the View Referral Credit button
- Select the edit icon
- Click Delete Referral Credit
- The following warning sign will appear:
- To confirm the deletion of the referral credit, select the "Delete" button.
