Deleting Referral Credit

This article will guide you through the steps to delete referral credit from a client profile.


Things to know:

  • In order to be able to use the Client Referral Program in MyTime, you must purchase the Referral Program subscription. Please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
  • The ability to delete referral credit is governed by the "Accessing Referral Credits" access control setting.
  • For franchise businesses, the referral program is configured at the global (parent) level. Child accounts can opt in or out if they so desire.  
  • Deleting referral credit from a client profile will remove it from both the referrer’s and the referee’s profiles.


To delete referral credit from a client profile, simply:


  1. Navigating to the Clients tab 

  2. Search for the client's profile 

  3. Scroll down to the Referral Credit section

  4. Click the View Referral Credit button 
  5. Select the edit icon 
  6. Click Delete Referral Credit
  7. The following warning sign will appear:
  8. To confirm the deletion of the referral credit, select the "Delete" button.
