A client’s referral credit value can be updated at any time. This article will guide you through the steps to edit referral credits directly on the client’s profile.
Things to know:
- The ability to edit referral credits is controlled by the "Accessing Referral Credits" access control setting.
- Currently, only one referral program can be set up per account.
- Credits are awarded exclusively for new clients; family members, children, pets, and vehicles added to an existing client profile do not qualify as new referrals.
To edit a client's referral credit, simply:
- Navigate to the Clients tab
- Search for and open the client’s profile
- Scroll down to the Referral Credit section
- Click the View Referral Credit button
- Click the edit icon next to the credit you want to modify
- In the Edit Referral Credit modal, enter the updated value and click Save
- The updated credit value will be reflected immediately and tracked in the Audit Trail for reference.
