The Daily Revenue, Product Sales Details & Service Sales Details reports serve distinct purposes in financial tracking. In this article, we will detail the main distinctions between the three reports.

Displays revenue for all item types, including services, products, memberships, etc. Excludes sales tax, tips, and voided tickets.

You can view revenue only for closed tickets by checking the "Closed Tickets Only" option. If unchecked, the report shows revenue for all tickets, including open and closed.

Displays revenue for saved or closed tickets (products only).

Displays revenue for closed tickets only. Even if a payment has been collected for an appointment, it will not appear in the report until the ticket is closed.



The report cannot be filtered to view data by specific service categories or variations, or by product categories, brands, or vendors.

Revenue from deposits is displayed on the date the ticket is closed, not the date the deposit was processed. For example, if an appointment is scheduled for March 9th with a value of $200 and a deposit of $50 was taken on March 4th, no revenue will be shown when filtering by March 4. However, when filtering by March 9 (the date the appointment took place and the ticket was closed), the total revenue of $200 for the service, including the deposit, will be displayed.

Product purchases do not require deposits.Deposits are not reflected in this report.

The net revenue shown in this report should not be used to reconcile with the net revenue displayed in the Product Sales Detail or Service Sales Detail reports.

This report should not be used to reconcile with the net revenue shown in the Daily Revenue report, as it does not include:

  • Revenue from gift cards, packages, or membership purchases
  • Package, membership, or gift card redemptions for services

This report should not be used to reconcile with the net revenue shown in the Daily Revenue report, as it does not include:

  • Revenue from gift cards, packages, or membership purchases, classes, or environmental fees
  • Package, membership, or gift card redemptions for products, classes, or environmental fees

A hidden setting allows the Prepaid column to be split into three distinct categories: Gift Card Prepaid, Membership Prepaid, and Package Prepaid.


Additionally, a separate setting—“Deduct Prepaid Amount from Gross Revenue”—can cause these prepaid redemptions to appear as $0 in the revenue columns.

Prepaid product redemptions are subtracted from Gross Revenue to calculate Net Revenue by default.

Neither the hidden setting nor any company-level setting affects the Prepaid column in this report.
