Revenue for Appointments, Classes, and Products in Membership

Modified on Tue, 25 Mar at 10:43 AM

This article explains how revenue for appointments, classes, and products included in memberships is calculated.

Things to know:

  • The 'Price for Staff Commissions' setting on the membership user interface will not be displayed unless the 'Track compensation by staff member?' setting is enabled. For global memberships, this setting needs to be enabled at the parent level.
  • The revenue for prepaid amount covered by membership value credit is displayed as the retail value of the services, classes and products
  • Revenue is recorded in the prepaid column when reports are filtered by the time of purchase.
  • When reports are filtered by the time of use, the revenue is recorded under the service, class, or product revenue column.
