Modified on Thu, 15 May at 11:51 AM

The MyTime Dashboard was created to grant you access to vital metrics crucial for managing and expanding your business, easily accessible at your fingertips. Furthermore, you can access all available reports on MyTime via your MyTime Scheduler App under the dashboard section. This article will walk you through the steps to access the dashboard and reports on the scheduler app.

Things to Know:

  • For merchants without POS, the following tabs will not be displayed:
    • Payments tab
    • Products tab
    • The Revenue per Ticket chart on the Revenue and Productivity tabs
  • You can customize the dashboard to display metric reports by choosing a specific location, staff member, or date range. Additionally, you can choose to view the report for all tickets or only closed tickets
  • The Revenue at Time of Purchase/Use/Use Legacy filter is only visible on the Revenue tab

To access the dashboard & report on the scheduler app:

  1. Upon logging into the scheduler app, navigate to the bottom of the screen and tap on "More"
  2. Click on "Dashboard"
  3. Once you go to the dashboard, you will see two tabs at the top of the screen: the "Overview" and "Reports" tab
  4. Once you click on the "Overview" tab you can filter by:
  • Location - The location where the booking or purchase took place
  • Staff - The name of the staff member who performed the appointment/class or made the sale. You can filter by all staff members or specific staff members.
  • Date- The date the booking or purchase took place. Click the dropdown menu to choose the date range that you want to analyze. Options:
    • Today
    • Yesterday
    • Tomorrow
    • This Month
    • Last Month
    • Last 7 Days
    • Next 7 Days
    • Last 30 Days
    • Next 30 Days
    • Custom 1 Day
    • Custom 7 Days
    • Custom 30 Days

Please Note:

By default, the current date (Today) is preselected in the date filter.  When choosing a custom date range (Custom 1 Day, 7 Days, or 30 Days), the system will automatically set the end date as follows:

  • Custom 1 Day: Same as the selected date
  • Custom 7 Days: 7 days from the selected start date
  • Custom 30 Days: 30 days from the selected start date

However, you can select any start date in the past or future, and the system will automatically determine the corresponding end date

When the closed tickets only toggle is on, only bookings and product sales with a closed ticket will be reflected (on the date the ticket was closed). When the closed tickets only toggle is off, any booking and their values will appear on the report, regardless of ticket status. Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data
