Things to know:
- If the "Class Updated By Business" automated message is enabled, clients will be notified once the class is rescheduled
- When rescheduling a class, you have the option to schedule the class as a recurring event. Tap on "Repeat" to configure how often you want to have the class. You can set it to repeat by days, weeks, or months, and you can also add an end date
To Reschedule Classes on Scheduler App:
- Log in to the scheduler app
- You will be directed to the schedule by default
- Locate the class you want to reschedule
- Tap on the class
- You will be taken to the event page where you can see the class details. Click on "Reschedule"
- You will be taken to the reschedule page where you can set the new start time and date
You also have the option to click on "Select Time Visually," which will take you to the schedule to show you available time slots. From there, you can select the time and date convenient for the class
- The option to schedule the class as a recurring event is also available. Tap on "Repeat" to configure how often you want to have the class. You can set it to repeat by days, weeks, or months, and you can also add an end date.
- Click "Save"
- You will be redirected to the event page where the new start and end time, along with other class details, will be displayed
- Once you verify the details are correct, click "Save" again
- You will be redirected to the schedule where you will see the class under its new time slot
