Checking In Clients to Classes on Scheduler App

The Scheduler App allows you to check clients into classes using two methods: manually or by scanning a QR code. This article walks you through both options.

Checking In Clients Manually

  1. Sign in to the app. For instructions on how to do so, refer to the provided guidelines here
  2. Once signed in, you’ll be taken to the Schedule view by default
  3. Filter by the desired location and date
  4. Locate and select the class or event for which you want to check in a client                                                                                                                                          
  5. On the class details screen, select the View Attendees button 
  6. Find and select the client’s name from the list    
  7. Tap the dropdown arrow next to the "Booked" status                                                                     
  8. Select Check-In          
  9. The client’s status will now show as Checked-In on both the client details screen and the Attendees list                                                                                                                                           

Checking In Clients Via QR Codes

  1. Locate and select the class or event for which you want to check in                   
  2. On the class details screen, tap the Check-In button with the QR code icon
  3. This will open your device’s camera. Scan the QR code provided to the client in their confirmation email
  4. Once scanned, the app will display the client’s details along with a "Checked-In" tag     
  5. The status will also be updated on the Attendees screen                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Once you've completed either method, your client is successfully checked in for the class or event.
