Audit Report

Modified on Thu, 6 Feb at 1:12 PM

This report shows the breakdown of the creations and changes made to an employee, a client, family members/pets, and work hours.

Things to know:

  • The visibility of the worked hour filter option is controlled by a hidden setting. To enable the hidden setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
  • Once a change is made, the 'Field Changed' column will display only the data for the modified field.
  • Client:
    • Creation or edits made to the staff profile, except for custom fields, are recorded as Clients
    • Each created or edited custom field entry will have its audit data displayed in a separate row
  • Employee:
    • Creation or edits made to the staff profile, except for the scheduled hours and locations are recorded as Employee
    • Creation or edits made to the scheduled hours on the staff member profiles are recorded as WorkingHour
    • Creations or edits made to the location assigned to the staff member are recorded as Employment
    • Creation or edits to custom hours, vacation days, sick days, and days off are recorded as OneOffHours
  • Worked Hour:
    • Each created or edited work hour entry will have its audit data displayed in a separate row. For example, if productive time, training time, and break time are added for a staff member using the 'Record Work Hour' modal, each type will appear in its own row.
