Staff members can access their MyTime account either through a computer or the MyTime Scheduler mobile app. This guide outlines the available login options and the steps for each.
Things to know:
- A staff profile must be created for each staff member in MyTime.
- A valid username (or email) and password must be set in the staff profile.
- If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page.

Sign in from a Computer
To log into MyTime using a web browser on your computer:
- Go to https://www.mytime.com
- Click Sign In at the top-right corner of the page
- On the sign-in screen, enter your username or email and password
- Click Sign In
- After signing in, you will be directed to the Schedule page by default.
Sign in from the MyTime Scheduler Mobile App
For Android Devices:
- Download the MyTime Scheduler app from the Google Play Store
- Open the app on your Android device
- Enter your username or email and password
- Tap Sign In
- Once signed in, you will be taken directly to the Schedule
For iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad):
- Download the MyTime Scheduler app from the Apple App Store
- Open the app on your iOS device
- Enter your username or email and password
- Tap Sign In
- Once signed in, you will be taken directly to the Schedule
