Sign into MyTime as a Staff Member

Staff members can access their MyTime account either through a computer or the MyTime Scheduler mobile app. This guide outlines the available login options and the steps for each.


Things to know:

  • A staff profile must be created for each staff member in MyTime.
  • A valid username (or email) and password must be set in the staff profile.
  • If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page.

Sign in from a Computer


To log into MyTime using a web browser on your computer:


  1. Go to https://www.mytime.com
  2. Click Sign In at the top-right corner of the page
  3. On the sign-in screen, enter your username or email and password
  4. Click Sign In
  5. After signing in, you will be directed to the Schedule page by default.



Sign in from the MyTime Scheduler Mobile App


For Android Devices:


  1. Download the MyTime Scheduler app from the Google Play Store
  2. Open the app on your Android device
  3. Enter your username or email and password
  4. Tap Sign In
  5. Once signed in, you will be taken directly to the Schedule


For iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad):


  1. Download the MyTime Scheduler app from the Apple App Store
  2. Open the app on your iOS device
  3. Enter your username or email and password
  4. Tap Sign In
  5. Once signed in, you will be taken directly to the Schedule
