If you're subscribed to MyTime’s Automated Marketing feature, you can easily create new marketing campaigns or customize existing ones to fit your business needs. Campaigns can be sent to your entire client list, a specific group of clients, or even just a single client. This article provides a brief overview of the predefined manual campaign templates available in MyTime, helping you choose the right template for your goals.

| Gift Cards | This notification can be sent to let clients know they can gift your services for a holiday or special event |

| Happy Hour Specials | This notification can be sent to clients to help fill hard-to-book times by promoting discounted times to your clients. This template can also be used to send clients updates about the configured off-peak prices. |

| Invite Clients To Book You Online | Encourage clients to book your services online. This template can also be triggered automatically when a client is created if the “Invite to book online upon client record creation” company setting is enabled and the “Able to book online” checkbox is checked on the client profile. |

| Marketing SMS Opt In | A non-editable template that gives clients the option to opt in to receive marketing SMS messages from your business. The template can be triggered in three ways:

| One-Time Sale | Announce discounted appointment times to clients. - This template can only be sent if a one-time sale is configured for the account. Learn more here |

| Promotion | Offer clients a discount coupon for their next booking. This template can only be sent if a promotion is configured for the account. Learn more here |

| Referral Program | Encourage clients to refer friends and family to your business. This template is only applicable if the referral program is configured for the account. |

| Intake Form Request | This notification is a one-time intake form request used to invite clients to complete an intake form. While the template is customizable, it cannot be sent from the Campaigns tab. Instead, it is automatically sent when an intake form is manually generated and emailed from the client’s profile. |
