Viewing Loyalty Points Audit Trail

The Loyalty Points Audit Trail provides a detailed and transparent view of all loyalty point activity. It tracks how points are earned, redeemed, and adjusted, along with the associated ticket numbers.


Things to know:   

  • Access to the Loyalty Points Audit Trail is controlled by the “Accessing Loyalty Points” access control setting.
  • Loyalty points are earned based on the combined purchases or activities of all members or pets linked to the primary account.

How to View Loyalty Activity


To view a client’s loyalty points history:


  1. Go to the Clients tab
  2. Search for and select the desired client profile
  3. Scroll to the Loyalty Program section
  4. Click the "View Loyalty Activity" link


A modal will appear showing detailed loyalty activity.


Loyalty Activity Fields



FieldDescription
Date/TimeThe date and time when the loyalty points were earned or redeemed.
Ticket #The ticket associated with the transaction. Click to view the POS ticket.
Transaction TypeThe type of action taken—whether points were earned, redeemed, or adjusted.
ChangeThe previous loyalty points balance before the transaction.
BalanceThe updated loyalty points balance after the transaction.
