Exporting Inventory

Modified on Thu, 20 Feb at 11:56 AM

Managing inventory effectively is crucial for maintaining accurate stock levels and making informed business decisions. MyTime allows you to export inventory data, enabling you to customize information based on your specific needs. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to export your inventory.

Things to know:

  • You have the ability to export inventory via ingest data. This feature is controlled by a hidden setting that can only be enabled by the MyTime team. To activate this setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
  • If you have a large inventory, the data will be sent to your email upon export.

To export the inventory, simply:

  1. Navigate to POS > Inventory
  2. Click the Export link at the bottom right of the page
  3. A CSV file will be downloaded to your device. If your inventory is large, the file will be sent to your email instead.
  4. For accounts with the hidden setting enabled:
    • A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select specific categories and brands to include in the export.
    • Click Export, and the inventory will be downloaded as a ZIP file to your computer.
  5. Once exported, you can review and make adjustments to your inventory as needed.
