At MyTime, you can manage the visibility of pet intake form(s) in the "Select an Intake Form" dropdown menu when generating an intake form from the pet profile. In this article, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

Things to know:

  • To learn how to generate a pet intake form, please click here.
  • Hiding pet intake forms helps prevent staff members from sending incorrect intake forms and protects sensitive notes or data about pets from being exposed.
  • The option to hide one or more pet intake forms when generating an intake form from the pet profile is controlled by a hidden setting that can only be enabled by the MyTime team. To activate this setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
