Redo Appointments Report

In the event a client is unhappy with a service, you can utilize the redo feature. This report shows a list of redone appointments for each client. 


Things to know:

  • The date filter is based on the date of the redone appointment
  • For pet merchants, the report will show the word “deceased” in parentheses next to the name of the pet that was marked as deceased
  • Refunds will be reflected on the date the refund was processed, rather than the original ticket date. For example, if the original appointment was done on November 13th but refunded on November 23rd, the report will display the refund on November 23rd.


To access this report: 

  1. Navigate to Dashboard
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Under the Bookings section, select the Redo Appointments report

When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location, staff, and date. You also have the option to export the report as a CSV, PDF, or print version. 


Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.

Report Filters


FilterDescription
LocationThe location where the appointment is scheduled.
StaffThe staff member who performed the service during the date range and location selected.
DateThis range will determine the appointments that were booked during the date range selected.


Report Columns


ColumnDescription
Original DateDate of the original appointment
Original StaffStaff assigned to the original appointment
Redo DateDate of the redone appointment
Redo StaffStaff assigned to the redone appointment
ClientThe name of the client associated with the appointment
ServiceName of the service associated with the redone appointment
PricePrice of the original service
Service DiscountsService discounts applied on the original appointment
RefundsService refunds on the original appointment 
Net PriceService Price - Refunds - Discounts
