Allow Redo Appointments

In the event, a client is unhappy with a service you can utilize the redo feature. Clients are not charged for Redos. Activating the Redo feature is pretty easy, here are the step-by-step directions on how to enable and utilize the Redo feature.


  1. Go to Business Setup > Settings
  2. Activate the Allow Redo Appointments setting rrrrrrrrrr.png
  3. Once activated you can determine if staff members should receive service commissions on redos
  4. Save your changes
