iCMP Troubleshoot Setup

All Ingenico iCMP devices should come from the supplier with the correct settings, please only follow the below steps AFTER you have already attempted our initial setup steps that can be seen HERE
 
Please make sure to stick to these steps and do not access any other menus as it can permanently damage your iCMP:
 
Removing previously paired devices:
  1. Enter the Tellium Manager by following the steps below:
  2. Reset the device by briefly holding the button on the right side
  3. Once at the ©Copyright screen press 2634 then the Green Enter button
  4. Press F key when prompted (to the right of the number 3)
  5. Press 0 - Tellium Manager 
  6. Press 2 - Hardware
  7. Press 5 - Bluetooth Settings
  8. Press 4 - Paired Devices


Please remove any paired devices and follow the next steps below in order to set to the correct pairing mode: 

  1. Enter the Tellium Manager. Note: If you are already in the Tellium Manager from the previous steps you can use the Red back button to get back to the home screen of the Tellium Manager, if not follow the steps below
  2. Reset the device by briefly holding the button on the right side
  3. Once at the ©Copyright screen press 2634 then the Green Enter button. 
  4. Press F key when prompted (to the right of the number 3)
  5. Press 0 - Tellium Manager
  6. Press 2 - Hardware
  7. Press 5 - Bluetooth Settings
  8. Press 5 - Advance Option 
  9. Press 2 - Pairing Mode
  10. Select PIN ENTRY
  11. Reboot the device by briefly holding the button on the right side once the steps are complete. 


While the iCMP is rebooting, unlock your iPad and select Settings >> Bluetooth. Set the iPad to aside for now and move back to the iCMP. 

  1. Once the iCMP device is booted, select iOS by pressing the F1 key
  2. This will allow the iCMP to search for iOS devices nearby for pairing 
  3. The iCMP will find your iPad and select your iPad with the Green button
  4. The iCMP will provide a PIN which you will enter on the iPad 
  5. The devices will pair. Move to the final step below to set a custom display message 
Set the Custom Display Message on iCMP. Please follow the steps HERE as this is also a mandatory final step.
