Epson TM-88V: Setup & Troubleshoot

Step 1 - Initial Setup (3-5 min):

1. Download the Windows driver here.
2. Once downloaded see the video below on how to open the file and install the software to make your printer compatible with MyTime.

Step 2 - Mandatory Printer Settings:

1. Click Print on a MyTime ticket to see the print preview 
2. Click More Settings 
3. Click Paper Size > 80mm x 297mm
4. Click Margins > Minimum 
5. Please verify Headers & Footers is UNCHECKED  
6. Please verify Background graphics UNCHECKED 

Cash Drawer Settings:

1. Click Start in your windows menu bar
2. Click the settings wheel on the left 
3. Click devices 
4. Click printers on the left 
5. Click on the TM-88V 
6. Click Manage 
7. Click Printing Preferences > Peripherals > Select Cash Drawer from the drop-down list then configure the settings as seen below.
