This 4-inch printer produces labels quickly, at 4” per second, to keep your workflows moving. A single LED indicator and a single button for feed/pause make it easy to operate and identify the printer status.
Step 1 - Adding a new printer to your PC

Step 2 - Load paper and set sensor +
Adjust the Movable Sensor for Web (Gap) Sensing (see image below). In most cases, you will slide the sensor to the right side of the printer until it stops and the two points align (see screenshot below).
Step 3 - Calibrate the printer for your paper type +

Step 4 - Set Paper Size
Windows
The example below shows a paper that is 2.375 W x 1 H. Zebra will often round up or down to their nearest supported size. This is normal and will not cause any printing issues.
The default paper size is 2W x 1H. Please use this size unless instructed otherwise.
Mac OS X

Troubleshoot
Status Light Flashing Green
Meaning:
The printer has just been powered on or rebooted and is currently in standby mode.
Solution:
Press the Feed button once. The light should turn solid green, indicating the printer is ready.
Status Light Flashing Red
Meaning:
The printer has detected an incorrect paper size or needs to be recalibrated.
Solution:
Follow Setup Step 2, then Step 3 from the setup instructions above to set media sensor and recalibrate your printer.
Status Light Solid Green, But Printer Will Not Print
Meaning:
There is likely a communication issue between your PC and the Zebra printer.
Solution:
Restart your PC and try printing again.
Print Preview Shows Images Bleeding Off Label Edges
Solution:
Follow Steps 2 and 3 above to recalibrate your printer.
Please also ensure you are using Google Chrome for printing.
If you do not have Chrome, you can download it here.
Incorrect Print Quantity
Example: You requested to print 4 labels, but only 2 were printed.
Solution:
Follow Step 4 above to confirm your paper size settings.
In most cases, the correct paper size is 2” W x 1” H.
