The Void & Refund report displays all partial and full refunds and voids for closed tickets. This includes services, products, tips, gift cards, memberships, and packages.
To access this report:
Navigate to Dashboard
Select the Reports tab
Under the Point Of Sale section, select the Void & Refund report
When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location, staff, and date. You can also choose to view data for a specific client using the search field on the right.
Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the data.
Report Filters
Filter | Description |
Location | The location where the refund took place. |
Staff | The staff member who performed the service during the date range and location selected. |
Date | This range will determine the refunds done during the date range selected. |
Report Columns
Column | Description |
Ticket | Ticket number associated with the transaction. Clicking this link opens the ticket in MyTime POS. |
Refund Time | The date and time the refund took place. |
Location | The location where the original transaction took place. |
Client | Client associated with the transaction. Clicking this link opens the client profile. |
Original Staff | The name of the staff member that initiated the original transaction. Clicking this link opens the staff profile. |
Refund Staff | The name of the staff member that processed the refund. Clicking this link opens the staff profile. |
Original Amount | The original total of the transaction. |
Refund Amount | The amount that was refunded. |
Refund Reason | The reason entered on the ticket when the refund was processed. |
