Updating Staff Account Login Username and Email Address

In this article, we will walk through the steps on how to update your login username and email address for your MyTime account.


Things to Know:

  • For security purposes, you must be logged into your account to update your login username or email address.
  • The new email address must be valid and active, as it will be used for important communications from MyTime.
  • When updating your login details from your profile:
    • You may change your email address to a username.
    • However, once changed to a username, you cannot revert it back to an email address.
  • If an email address is already linked to an existing user account (online profile), it cannot be reused to create a new staff profile.

  1. Click your Business Name (or your name) in the upper right
  2. Click My Account
  3. Change your login username or email address in the Personal Information section
  4. Once updated click the "Save Changes" button

  1. Navigate to Business Setup > Staff and Availability 
  2. Click to open your profile                                                                                                                                                          
  3. Update your username or email address in the username/email address field
  4. Once updated, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button
