Modified on Fri, 18 Apr at 5:43 PM

In this article, we will guide you through the steps to reset your MyTime password using various methods.

Things to know:

  • If the "Require strong passwords?" company setting is enabled, password resets must meet the following requirements:
    • Minimum of 8 characters
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character (symbol)
  • When you request a password reset, you’ll receive an email from support@mytime.com with a link to reset your password.
  • If the email isn’t in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.
  • Password reset emails do not expire and can be used multiple times to update your password.
  • Additionally, redirecting a client to a specific URL after they change their password is controlled by a hidden setting that must be enabled by the MyTime team. To request this, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
  • There is an ability to redirect clients to a specific URL after their password is changed, however, this is controlled by a "Forget password redirect URL" hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To activate this setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
