This report shows the percentage of available time slots a staff member or resource was booked or available.
Things to know:
- If the "Enter Clocked Hours Manually instead of Clocking In/Out." hidden setting is enabled, worked hours will be added to the resource filter. The report will track changes made using the "Record Work Hours" button on the scheduler.
- The Productivity tab will display data from this report. However, the Calendar Utilization chart doesn’t include resources, it only displays staff members. To replicate the chart's results in the report, merchants must choose “No Resources.”
- Only staff members with service provider roles will be displayed in this report.
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Staff section, select the Calendar Utilization report
