This article explains how clients can manage their pet profiles directly from the booking widget.
Things to know:
- For clients to manage pet profiles online, your account must be configured to allow account management within the booking widget. Learn more here.
- Pets cannot be deleted from the My Account section if they have a membership that is active, suspended, frozen, or pending cancellation. If an attempt is made to delete such a pet, the following error message will appear: “This pet cannot be deleted because there is an active membership in place. Please contact the business directly.”
- Deleted pets will appear above deceased pets in the Pet section of the client profile and will be grayed out.
- If a pet with an upcoming appointment is deleted, the appointment will also be removed.
- Any updates made to pet information in the booking widget will be reflected on the client’s profile in MyTime.
