Grouping Appointments in POS

For clients with multiple unpaid appointments, you can consolidate them into a single ticket in POS, enabling you to process payment for all appointments simultaneously. This article will walk you through the steps of grouping appointments in POS.


Things to Know:

You can group past and current unpaid appointments together for one client or multiple clients; however, appointments scheduled for a future date are not available for grouping under POS.

Grouping Appointment by Client


  1. Navigate to POS > New Ticket
  2. Search for the desired client 
  3. Select all unpaid appointments                                                                                                                                               Ticket-Details-MyTime (14).png
  4. Once all the appointments are added to the ticket, you can proceed to take payment

Adding Multiple Appointments to the Same Ticket for Different Clients


  1. Navigate to POS > New Ticket
  2. Select all unpaid appointments for various clients from the service tab
  3. By default, the name of the client for the unpaid appointment selected first will be displayed in the client section on the ticket Ticket-Details-MyTime (16).png

  4. After adding multiple clients to the ticket, the following message will appear: "This ticket contains appointments for other clients"
  5. Once all the appointments are added to the ticket, you can proceed to take payment and close the ticket.Ticket-Details-MyTime (17).png
